I wanted to edit my review. I spoke with a guy named Dustin about my policy. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had and explained everything so I would understand and he treated me like a person and not just another transaction."

"I have been using generic insurance and getting just the state minimum for a financed vehicle. When we paid our last payment they said we had to pay another deposit to renew our insurance. We decided to see our options and get multiple quotes. I did a lot of researching and Steve at State Farm was the only one that I felt good about his sales pitch. He explained things that no one else did. Every other place just wanted to get me the state minimum and get my payment each month. Steve explained that with my current coverage if I hit any vehicle worth more than 25k then I would be responsible. We went over all the types of insurance and i found one that makes me feel safe and very comfortable if God forbid something would happen. My new insurance is 4 times the minimum amount so if I hit an 80k car im good. I had a 1000.00 deductible through my old insurance and now my deductible through State Farm is only 500.00. I have roadside assistance, rental car coverage for up to 30 days, and my bill is only 30 bucks more than what I was paying. When you add the 152.00 deposit and the 152.00 dollar reinstatement fees I actually save money. I feel good knowing that I have great coverage from a company that I trust. Plus I have one person that I talk to Steve Taylor. The one on one time is so much better than having to explain and verify yourself to a different person each time. My fiance is also on the plan and we are both retired. They actually made it so our due date is when we get paid instead of the middle of the month. If you want great insurance, great service with honest agents then I would recommend State Farm. I am glad to be part of the State Farm Family."

"I am very happy with my State Farm insurance regarding the monthly price for my coverage, which leaves a little room in my budgeting to always increase my liability limits in the near future. Michael was my rep during the process of obtaining a new car insurance plan for a new vehicle just bought. My schedule was running a bit late that day, and Michael was more than happy to stay past closing to assist me so my car could be driven home from the dealership after purchase. This was my first car; this was my first car insurance policy, and Michael was very patient with me when it was time to fill out the paperwork. Much of the insurance terminology was unfamiliar to me -- and still somewhat is -- but he walked me through each step, and was very in-depth regarding why the policy chosen would benefit me and my family the most. He even told me I could call back anytime if there was anything else which I did not yet understand. Micheal also made me laugh (a lot) after having a bad day. This lad is a diamond in the rough, he is. Micheal not only sold me an insurance plan, but also provided me with a positive experience that helps motivate me toward using my vehicle to commute to work and further my professional career, as well as continuing my engineering degree beginning this spring of 2026.
