ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Answer phones assisting customers with their immediate need.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Recognize gaps in insurance coverage and pivot to ways to fill gaps. You will be very comprehensively trained to understand all products features and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Open minded with a desire to continuously grow within the Agency.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • A drive to help all customers to be properly insured and be a team member that is very comfortable in guiding customers to opportunities that resolve gaps in insurance coverages.
  • Must be able to acquire Property and Casualty insurance license
Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
